      ESPN has released it's World Series of Poker broadcast schedule, and prepare yourself for lots and lots and LOTS of Norman Chad. This year ESPN will show 32 hours of the World Series, featuring the following events:

      * Event 1: $5,000 mixed hold 'em
      * Event 3: $1,500 no-limit hold 'em
      * Event 4: $1,500 pot-limit hold 'em or Event 7: $5,000 pot-limit Omaha
      * Event 8: $1,000 no-limit hold 'em with rebuys
      * Event 13: $5,000 pot-limit hold 'em
      * Event 28: $3,000 no-limit hold 'em
      * Event 30: $2,500 no-limit hold 'em six-handed
      * Event 31: $5,000 heads-up or Event 33: $1,500 pot-limit Omaha with rebuys
      * Event 39: $50,000 HORSE
      * Event 50: $10,000 pot-limit Omaha
      * Event 55: $10,000 no-limit hold 'em main event

      From the ESPN release, the biggest chance to the broadcast schedule will the the $50,000 HORSE event, which will be televised over six--count 'em, SIX--hour-long episodes. One shudders with delight.

      And the final table will no longer default to TV-friendly No-Limit Hold-Em--they'll still be playing the normal rotation of games. The HORSE event was a smashing success last year, and with this additional coverage (and keeping the mixed format at the final table) I think you'll see lots of folks who play No-Limit exclusively brushing up on their Razz.

      SEHR NICE!!! :P
