redbet terms & condition - Probleme?

      ich habe grade eine Mail bekommen von Redbet:

      Dear Markus,

      We noticed that your Redbet account has been inactive for 12 months, and we wanted to make sure that you are aware of our terms and conditions:

      2.18 If an account remains inactive for a period of 30 months or more, Redbet is obliged to report such accounts to the Lotteries and Gaming Authority, in accordance with the Remote Gaming Regulations. Redbet may be asked to transfer any outstanding balances to the care of the Authority.

      2.19 Redbet Gaming Ltd reserves the right to impose a monthly fee of €5 on any account that has been inactive for more than 12 months, until the account balance reaches zero or the account becomes active.

      2.20 Redbet gaming Ltd, will, 30 days prior to any fees being incurred, inform the account owner that an inactive fee is about to be charged on the account.

      2.21 A player may request reimbursement of inactive account fees paid if the account is activated as long as such activation is done not later than three months from when the last fee was incurred and the reimbursement can amount to a maximum of six months of inactive fees.

      Was soll das denn? Habe ichd a was missverstanden oder können die Geld von mir fordern, wenn ich inaktiv bleibe? Besteht da jetz irgendwelche finanzielen Risiken für mich in irgendeiner Weise? Bin grade etwas in Sorge.
