      Dear Florian,

      Thank you for contacting us.

We have completed our investigation into the reported unauthorised access of your account.

We have looked into your transaction history coupled with the IP addresses that each session was accessed from in conjunction with the information that you have provided to us.

The spreadsheets attached show the log in and log out details with IP addresses and a listing of the financial transactions in your account.

As you have previous stated, it can be seen that your account has been accessed from various locations in the past.

You have reported to us that the last time you accessed your account was before 07/16/06 at 19:25 hours.

We can verify during the time when the transactions on your account appeared that you claim were not your own, that these transactions were carried out from the same computer/network that undisputed transactions had previously been made in the past.

You will be able to match this data from both spreadsheets that are attached and we hope that this will clarify the origin of the unauthorised access to you.

As this investigation has shown that your account has been accessed from your own locations alone, it is imperative that you protect your own security at your end by not checking the 'Remember Password' box, as anyone gaining access to your machines would have access to your account.

The onus is entirely on the player to ensure that their own systems are secure. You can find further information on our policy by following the link below:

      http://www.partypoker.com/about_us/terms_conditions/

We hope that the information given above will assist you in your future security arrangements.

We have placed a temporary hold on your account until the issue is resolved. Please change your password immediately and write back to us from your registered email address so that we can reactivate your account.

Contact us anytime, we are available around the clock to assist you with your account related questions and suggestions.

      Sincerely,

      Avinash

      Hello,

It is July the 16th, 19:25 CET and i just got a message wich was something
like: "You logged in from a different computer. Your session will be terminated. If this was a result of an error, please contact the customer support immediately."

I'm afraid of my account being hacked so I'm just asking you to control your logfiles just in case someone got my password. I am sure I didn't give it away so I have no clue what to do except changing my password immediately and write this mail.

      Kind Regards

      Florian xxxxxxxx
